FREE WILL X OPERANT POWER: If Everyone Has Their Own Reality, Whose Reality Wins?

Aug 31
8 min read

The mind-bending truth about other people, multiple realities, manifestation — and why you were never meant to fight the 3D for what you want.

There is one question that eventually comes up when you really start understanding manifestation.

But what about free will?

If I am the operant power…

What happens when another person wants something different?

What if I want the relationship and they don’t?

What if I decide I am successful, but somebody else gets the opportunity?

What if I assume money flows to me while the economy says otherwise?

What if two people want the same thing?

Whose reality wins?

And THIS is where manifestation gets seriously mind-bending.

Because the question itself assumes something that the multiple-realities model completely dismantles:

That there is **one fixed reality** sitting outside you, and everybody is fighting over what gets to happen inside it.

One person.

One opportunity.

One outcome.

One version of events.

One universal verdict everybody has to obey.

But that isn’t the model we are working with.

And once you understand that, free will and operant power stop contradicting each other.

They actually make perfect sense.

YOU ARE NOT COMPETING FOR ONE REALITY

Within the multiple-realities model, there is no single fixed person, opportunity, amount of money or outcome sitting outside you while everybody competes to win it.

There are infinite possible versions of experience.

Infinite versions of relationships.

Infinite versions of opportunities.

Infinite versions of success.

Infinite versions of what happens next.

And in your reality, you are the operant power.

You select your experience.

The version of people who freely, naturally and completely align with you.

The version of life in which money flows to you.

The version of success in which you are chosen, valued and richly rewarded.

The version of you for whom the thing you once desperately wanted is now simply normal life.

Because that is the reality you occupy.

And here is the part people miss:

Everybody else is the operant power too.

In another person’s reality, they experience life corresponding to their own state.

These realities do not need to fight.

They do not need to compete.

They do not need to reach one universal verdict.

Each centre of consciousness experiences the people, opportunities, circumstances and outcomes corresponding to the reality it occupies.

Which means manifestation was never a battle of wills.

SO… ARE YOU OVERRIDING SOMEONE ELSE’S FREE WILL?

This is where people can become incredibly uncomfortable with manifestation, particularly around relationships.

“If I assume someone chooses me, am I controlling them?”

“If I decide I receive the opportunity, am I taking it from somebody else?”

“If I expect extraordinary wealth, does someone else have to lose?”

Within this model:

No.

You are not dragging another person away from the reality they want.

You are not overpowering their mind.

You are not interfering with their path.

You are not stealing an opportunity from another version of reality.

You are selecting the reality in which you are already mutually chosen, abundantly supported, financially secure and extraordinarily successful.

And every other possible version exists too.

Nobody needs to lose for your reality to say yes.

That is what makes this such a radically different way of understanding manifestation.

You stop asking:

How do I make them choose me?

And start knowing:

In my fulfilled reality, I am mutually chosen.

You stop asking:

How do I make the money come?

And recognise:

In my fulfilled reality, money is already part of my normal experience.

You stop asking:

How do I beat everyone else to the opportunity?

Because:

In my reality, the opportunities aligned with me find me, choose me and support me.

That distinction is EVERYTHING.

OPERANT POWER ISN’T CONTROL

People hear the words **operant power** and assume they mean:

I control everything.

I control everybody.

I make circumstances bend to me.

That isn’t the deepest expression of operant power.

Operant power is selection.

It is deciding who you are.

What is true for you.

What you accept as your reality.

What you continually return to as fact.

And therefore, what version of life you experience.

This is why obsessively trying to control the external world is actually the opposite of operant power.

Because the moment you need the outside world to behave correctly before you can feel secure…

you have made the outside world the authority.

Read that again.

THIS IS WHERE MOST PEOPLE GIVE THEIR POWER AWAY

You decide you are chosen.

Then you check their messages.

You decide money is yours.

Then you check the bank account.

You decide the opportunity belongs in your reality.

Then you check who else applied.

You decide your business is wildly successful.

Then you look at one quiet sales day and panic.

You decide your manifestation is done.

Then you spend three hours examining the 3D to determine whether it is actually done.

That is the loop.

And it looks so innocent.

You think you are simply checking reality.

But psychologically, you are continually asking the external world:

“Can I believe this yet?”

And every time you do that, you have placed the authority outside yourself again.

This is why somebody can affirm all morning and spend the rest of the day rehearsing the opposite reality.

Their words say:

I am chosen.

Their attention says:

But are they choosing me?

Their words say:

Money flows to me.

Their attention says:

But where is it?

Their words say:

I am successful.

Their nervous system says:

Show me proof first.

And the old reality remains incredibly compelling because it is the reality their brain has been trained to reference.

AND THIS IS WHERE NEUROSCIENCE BECOMES FASCINATING

Your brain does not passively absorb every piece of information available in your environment.

It selects.

Prioritises.

Predicts.

Filters.

Your previous experiences, learned associations, expectations, emotional salience and goals influence what captures your attention and how you interpret what happens next.

Your brain is constantly asking, in effect:

What matters here?

What does this mean?

What should I expect?

And this is one reason changing your dominant internal reference point matters so much.

Because two people can encounter the same environment and notice completely different information inside it.

One sees rejection.

Another sees redirection.

One sees competition.

Another sees possibility.

One sees a quiet month and concludes:

It’s failing.

Another sees exactly the same data and thinks:

What wants to change? Where is the opportunity?

The external information may be identical.

The reality being experienced internally is completely different.

And because perception influences attention, behaviour and decision-making, that difference can alter what each person does next.

That is where this becomes far more powerful than “positive thinking.”

YOUR BRAIN IS CONSTANTLY PREDICTING REALITY

Modern neuroscience increasingly understands perception as an active process.

Your brain uses prior experience to generate predictions about what it is likely to encounter, then continually updates those predictions using incoming sensory information.

In very simple terms:

You are not experiencing reality like a camera.

Your brain is interpreting enormous amounts of information through an existing model of the world.

And your model includes beliefs such as:

People leave.

Money disappears.

I have to work incredibly hard to succeed.

Opportunities go to other people.

Love is difficult.

I am always overlooked.

Things work out for me.

People value me.

Money is safe with me.

I am extraordinarily well supported.

My life responds beautifully to me.

These assumptions can influence what you notice, what you dismiss, what feels plausible, how you interpret ambiguity and what actions feel available.

So when we talk about occupying a new reality, there is a very real psychological component:

you are training your system to stop using the old identity as its only prediction of what happens next.

THIS IS WHY THE 3D CAN FEEL SO CONVINCING

The 3D has evidence.

History.

Messages.

Numbers.

Behaviour.

Bank balances.

Past outcomes.

And your brain LOVES existing evidence because existing evidence makes prediction easier.

So you decide:

I am wealthy.

And your brain immediately remembers every financial problem you've ever had.

You decide:

I am deeply loved.

And an old relationship suddenly becomes Exhibit A.

You decide:

I am wildly successful.

And your mind produces the three occasions somebody rejected you in 2019.

This is why embodiment matters.

You are establishing a different reference point.

Instead of repeatedly asking:

“What does my past tell me happens to someone like me?”

You begin asking:

“WHAT IS TRUE IN MY FULFILLED REALITY?”

And THAT question changes everything.

WHAT IS TRUE IN MY FULFILLED REALITY?

The people I desire choose me freely.

Money flows to me naturally.

Opportunities seek me.

Success is settled.

I am supported.

I am valued.

I am wanted.

I receive.

Everything I desire is already mine.

Then you occupy that version of yourself.

You think from it.

You choose from it.

You interpret from it.

You remember from it.

You walk into rooms from it.

You have conversations from it.

You make business decisions from it.

You experience it as normal.

Because the goal is no longer to convince the outside world to give you what you want.

The work is becoming so internally congruent with the fulfilled reality that you stop continually returning to the old one for permission.

YOU DON’T PULL THE DESIRE INTO YOUR TIMELINE

This is perhaps my favourite distinction.

You are not standing in Reality A trying desperately to drag a person, opportunity, amount of money or outcome across the universe into it.

Within the multiple-realities framework:

You move your awareness to the reality where you already have it.

And then you meet the people, opportunities, ideas, circumstances and choices available from there.

Creation is finished.

Every version exists.

Your operant power is your power to select the version you experience.

That is why constantly asking *how* can become such a trap.

“How will the money arrive?”

“How will we reconnect?”

“How will I get chosen?”

“How will the business grow?”

“How will this opportunity happen?”

Because the fulfilled version of you is not standing at the beginning desperately calculating the route.

They are psychologically referencing the destination.

It is done.

And from that state, the next thought can be different.

The next conversation can be different.

The next boundary can be different.

The opportunity you notice can be different.

The action that suddenly feels obvious can be different.

The standard you accept can be different.

Your entire relationship with possibility changes.

LET THEIR REALITY BELONG TO THEM

This is where operant power becomes peaceful.

Let another person's reality belong to them.

Let the market do what it does.

Let social media say what it says.

Let somebody else believe what they believe.

Let the current 3D be the current 3D.

You remain faithful to yours.

You do not need to wrestle reality into submission.

You do not need universal agreement.

You do not need everyone to validate what you know.

You return to:

I am the operant power.

I am chosen.

I am loved.

I am wealthy.

I am successful.

I am supported.

I have everything I desire now.

This is the reality I live in.

And then you live your actual life from there.

THIS IS THE PART THAT BENDS THE BRAIN ❤️‍🔥

You have spent years believing manifestation means changing the reality you are looking at.

Changing the person.

Changing the circumstances.

Changing the bank balance.

Changing the business.

Changing the external evidence.

Getting reality to finally become the thing you want so that you can become the person who has it.

Operant power reverses the entire equation.

You become first.

You select first.

You occupy first.

You stop making external evidence the prerequisite for internal certainty.

Because you are never changing the reality you are looking at.

YOU ARE CHANGING THE REALITY YOU ARE LOOKING FROM.

And once you understand that?

You stop fighting everyone else's reality.

You stop competing.

You stop chasing.

You stop asking the 3D whether you are allowed to have what you already decided is yours.

You return to your position.

Creator.

Operant power.

The version of you for whom it is already done.

The order is placed.

Live from it now. ❤️‍🔥
