THEY'RE THINKING ABOUT YOU TOO. COME BACK TO CHOSEN.

What if the reason you keep thinking about that person is because they're thinking about you too?
What if that connection you've been feeling is mutual?
What if the person whose face keeps appearing in your imagination, whose voice you can practically hear, whose presence you can still feel, is experiencing something just as powerful?
And what if the most important thing you could do right now is return to the version of yourself who already feels deeply loved, wanted, desired and chosen?
Because here's where this gets interesting.
Your brain can create a remarkably real emotional experience through imagination.
Your subconscious mind learns through repetition, association, emotion and experience.
And your nervous system can respond to a vividly imagined encounter in ways that resemble its response to an actual one.
Which means something extraordinary becomes possible.
You can begin experiencing the emotional state of being chosen right now.
Before the next message.
Before the next conversation.
Before the next date.
Before the physical world offers you another piece of reassurance.
And that changes the way you experience yourself, the relationship and the possibilities in front of you.
Let me explain.
WHY DOES THIS PERSON KEEP APPEARING IN YOUR MIND?
You wake up thinking about them.
You're making coffee, and suddenly you remember something they said.
You're driving, and a song brings back an entire evening.
You're working, and their face appears in your imagination.
You remember their hands.
Their laugh.
The way they looked at you.
The feeling of being close to them.
And sometimes the connection feels so vivid that you could swear they're right there with you.
So naturally, you wonder:
Are they thinking about me too?
It's an incredibly human question.
And within the Law of Assumption, you might choose to imagine the relationship as already mutual, loving and fulfilled.
But here's an important distinction.
The intensity of your thoughts reveals something about your emotional experience. Their private thoughts become known through their own words and actions.
And that distinction gives you an extraordinary opportunity.
Because while another person's inner experience belongs to them, your relationship with your own thoughts, emotions and identity is something you can actively transform.
The real question becomes:
Who am I being when I think about this person?
Am I experiencing myself as someone who is loved?
Someone who is desired?
Someone who is naturally chosen?
Or am I mentally rehearsing uncertainty, distance and the possibility of losing something beautiful?
Because those are two completely different internal experiences.
And your brain responds differently to each.
YOUR BRAIN IS REHEARSING A RELATIONSHIP EVERY TIME YOU THINK ABOUT THEM.
This is where neuroscience makes the conversation fascinating.
Your brain is constantly using memories, expectations and current information to anticipate what happens next.
This is part of what researchers describe through predictive processing.
Your previous experiences influence what you expect.
Your expectations influence what you notice.
And what you notice influences how you interpret and respond to the world around you.
Now apply that to love.
Imagine you receive a message from someone you deeply care about.
"Hey, I've been thinking about you."
If your subconscious expectations are organised around emotional security, you might smile, feel warmth and respond naturally.
If your expectations are organised around uncertainty, you might immediately start analysing.
Why now?
What do they really mean?
Are they serious?
What happens next?
Same message.
Different internal state.
Different emotional experience.
And potentially, a completely different conversation.
Your subconscious expectations can influence how you experience the very love you desire.
This is why self-concept matters.
This is why emotional regulation matters.
And this is why imagination can be such a powerful tool for practising a new way of experiencing yourself.
NEUROSCIENCE SHOWS THAT YOUR IMAGINATION IS AN EXPERIENCE YOUR BRAIN CAN LEARN FROM.
I want you to understand something.
When you vividly imagine an experience, your brain can activate some of the same neural networks involved in perception, emotion and action.
Researchers have studied mental rehearsal in areas including motor learning, performance and emotional regulation.
Imagining an experience can help prepare your brain for aspects of that experience.
And repeated mental rehearsal can support learning.
Now think about what this means for your self-concept.
Imagine spending months mentally rehearsing:
They've lost interest.
I'm going to be disappointed.
Something is wrong.
I need reassurance.
Your mind repeatedly practises the emotional experience of uncertainty.
Your attention becomes especially sensitive to potential signs of distance.
Your body may respond with tension, vigilance or anxiety.
Now imagine practising something different.
I am deeply loved.
I am adored.
I am desired.
I am naturally chosen.
You imagine yourself receiving affection.
You experience the warmth of mutual love.
You practise feeling emotionally secure.
You become familiar with the sensation of being wanted.
Over time, these practices can help strengthen emotional regulation and new patterns of responding.
You are teaching your mind and body a different experience of love.
And that is where this work becomes incredibly powerful.
Because being chosen begins to feel familiar.
THE VERSION OF YOU WHO IS CHOSEN HAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT INNER CONVERSATION.
Think about the version of yourself who already experiences the relationship you desire.
The love is mutual.
The attraction is extraordinary.
The communication is beautiful.
You both feel safe expressing yourselves.
You feel wanted.
You feel cherished.
You feel deeply secure in the connection.
Now imagine how that version of you moves through an ordinary Tuesday.
You wake up feeling good.
You enjoy your coffee.
You focus on your work.
You laugh with your friends.
You move through the day with a quiet sense of certainty.
You receive affection naturally.
You communicate from openness.
You know your value.
And your inner conversation reflects it.
Of course I'm loved.
Of course I'm desired.
Of course I'm someone people feel excited to be with.
Of course I experience extraordinary, reciprocal love.
Of course being chosen feels natural to me.
Notice what changes.
The relationship becomes something you experience from a foundation of security.
Your sense of worth remains steady.
Your capacity to give and receive love expands.
Your standards become clearer.
And the way you show up in your relationships begins reflecting that identity.
This is what living in the end can look like in everyday life.
You become familiar with the experience of fulfilment.
You think from the identity of someone who is loved.
You make decisions from that identity.
You allow your emotional world to reflect the love you desire.
COME BACK TO CHOSEN. LET'S MAKE THIS REAL IN YOUR BODY.
I want you to experience something.
Give yourself a quiet moment.
Place your feet comfortably on the floor.
Take a slow breath into your belly.
And allow your exhale to become long and gentle.
Feel your shoulders soften.
Feel your jaw relax.
Feel your body settling.
Now close your eyes, if that feels comfortable.
And imagine yourself standing in front of the person you love.
You're together.
In person.
Close enough to see the details of their face.
Notice the light around you.
Notice the warmth of the room.
Notice how comfortable you feel in your own body.
Look into their eyes.
Really look.
Their expression is soft.
Warm.
Present.
Full of affection.
You notice how happy they seem to be near you.
And then imagine them taking a gentle breath.
Their eyes meet yours.
They smile.
And you hear them say:
"You've been on my mind constantly."
"I've wanted to tell you how I feel."
"I want this."
"I want you."
"I'm so happy we both feel this way."
Let yourself experience those words as part of this imagined scene.
Notice what happens inside your body.
Your chest softens.
Your breathing settles.
Your stomach relaxes.
Your shoulders drop.
You feel warmth.
Relief.
Affection.
Certainty.
The beautiful simplicity of mutual love.
And now imagine their hand taking yours.
Feel the warmth.
The closeness.
The comfort of being together.
Allow yourself to experience the feeling of being deeply loved.
I am wanted.
I am adored.
I am cherished.
I am chosen.
Stay there for a few moments.
Let the feeling become familiar.
Let your body experience what emotional security feels like.
And when you're ready, gently open your eyes.
Notice how you feel.
Because you have just practised a different emotional experience.
And that experience is available to you again.
THE REAL TRANSFORMATION IS MAKING THIS YOUR NATURAL STATE.
Here's what I want you to understand.
Experiencing a beautiful visualisation for 30 seconds can feel extraordinary.
You might feel calm.
Loved.
Secure.
Completely connected to the version of yourself who has the relationship you desire.
And then you return to your day.
Your phone is sitting beside you.
You remember the last conversation.
An old emotional association becomes activated.
And your body responds through the patterns it has practised for years.
This is why a powerful visualisation is the beginning of the work.
The deeper transformation happens through repetition, subconscious learning, emotional regulation and identity-level change.
Because your mind and body learn through what becomes familiar.
And familiarity develops through repeated experiences.
Imagine reaching the point where feeling loved is your ordinary emotional baseline.
Where receiving affection feels natural.
Where expressing your needs feels comfortable.
Where another person's temporary unavailability leaves your sense of worth intact.
Where mutual love feels safe, beautiful and completely normal.
That is the version of you we're creating.
The version whose mind, body and subconscious expectations are increasingly aligned with the experience of secure love.
And that changes so much more than your romantic relationships.
It changes how you value yourself.
How you communicate.
How you establish standards.
How you receive support.
How you respond to uncertainty.
And how confidently you move through the world.
YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND LEARNS WHAT LOVE FEELS LIKE THROUGH REPETITION.
Think about how many times you've repeated certain thoughts throughout your life.
How many times you've imagined being rejected.
How many times you've anticipated disappointment.
How many times you've questioned your desirability.
How many times you've searched for reassurance.
Those experiences can become familiar patterns.
And the beautiful thing about neuroplasticity is that your brain remains capable of learning new ones.
You can practise a different internal conversation.
You can develop new emotional responses.
You can strengthen your ability to regulate your nervous system.
You can build a more secure relationship with yourself.
You can become increasingly comfortable receiving love.
Your previous emotional conditioning is part of your learning history. Your capacity to learn continues throughout your life.
This is why I love working at the subconscious and identity level.
Because once a new emotional experience becomes familiar, it can begin influencing how naturally you think, feel and behave.
You begin responding from the identity you've been practising.
And that is where real, embodied change becomes possible.
THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I CREATED THE REWIRE AND RISE PROTOCOL.
I've seen how powerful a single moment of insight can be.
That moment when someone realises:
"I've been experiencing love through an old emotional pattern."
And suddenly, so much makes sense.
The checking.
The overthinking.
The fear.
The need for reassurance.
The way a small change in communication can activate such an enormous emotional response.
But insight is one part of the process.
Embodiment is where the new identity becomes your lived experience.
That's why I created the Rewire and Rise Protocol.
To help you move beyond understanding your patterns and begin developing a different relationship with yourself.
One where your subconscious expectations support the love you desire.
Where your nervous system becomes increasingly comfortable with emotional security.
Where your self-concept reflects your inherent worth.
Where you experience yourself as someone who is naturally loved, wanted, valued and chosen.
We bring together subconscious-focused practices, identity work, mental rehearsal and nervous-system regulation to help you practise and strengthen that new way of being.
Because there's a beautiful difference between saying:
"I am chosen."
And experiencing that belief as something deeply familiar.
In your thoughts.
In your body.
In your standards.
In your relationships.
In the way you move through your life.
That's the transformation I want for you.
THE NEXT TIME THEY CROSS YOUR MIND, COME BACK TO CHOSEN.
Imagine this.
Tomorrow morning, you wake up thinking about them.
You remember their smile.
Their voice.
The way you felt when you were together.
And instead of turning that moment into another investigation, you use it as an opportunity to return to yourself.
You breathe.
You soften.
You remember the experience of mutual love.
You return to the feeling of being cherished.
You reconnect with the identity of someone who is deeply worthy of devotion, consistency and affection.
I am deeply loved.
I am adored.
I am desired.
I am naturally chosen.
And then you continue living your beautiful life.
You enjoy your day.
You follow your inspiration.
You honour your needs.
You remain open to love.
You allow the relationship to develop through real communication and mutual choice.
Because your emotional security belongs to you.
And the love you experience gets to reflect that security.
YOU ARE THE VERSION OF YOU WHO IS LOVED, ADORED AND CHOSEN.
I want to leave you with one question.
If you already felt completely secure in your worthiness of love, who would you be today?
How would you walk?
How would you speak?
How would you receive affection?
How would you communicate your desires?
How would you spend your time?
How would you treat yourself?
How would you experience the person you love?
Because that version of you is available to practise becoming right now.
And the more familiar that identity becomes, the more naturally it can shape your choices, your emotional responses and the relationships you create.
Come back to chosen.
Come back to loved.
Come back to adored.
Come back to the version of yourself who knows that extraordinary, reciprocal love is something they are worthy of experiencing.
And allow that identity to become your new normal.
