THE 33RD DEGREE MASON'S SECRET: REALITY IS A HALLUCINATION. AND YOUR BRAIN IS CREATING IT.

What if the biggest secret about reality is that your brain is creating the version of it you experience every single day?

And what if the beliefs you've been carrying since childhood are quietly influencing what you see, what you expect, what you accept and what you believe is possible for your life?

Stay with me.

Because we're going somewhere fascinating today.

There's a provocative claim circulating about the supposed final secret revealed to 33rd degree Freemasons.

We create our own reality.

Now, the idea that this is a secret reserved exclusively for 33rd degree Masons is a popular esoteric claim rather than an established fact about Freemasonry.

But the underlying question is extraordinary.

How much of the reality you're experiencing is being constructed by your own mind?

And this is where neuroscience, subconscious conditioning, developmental psychology and Neville Goddard's Law of Assumption come together in a way that can fundamentally change how you experience your life.

Because your brain is doing something remarkable right now.

It's constructing your experience of reality.

And you've been living inside that construction your entire life.

❤️‍🔥

YOUR BRAIN IS CREATING A VERSION OF REALITY EVERY SINGLE SECOND.

Look around you.

The room you're sitting in.

The colours.

The objects.

The light.

The sounds.

The distance between you and everything around you.

It all feels immediate.

Solid.

Obvious.

Real.

But here's what's fascinating.

Your conscious experience is the result of your brain interpreting sensory information.

Your eyes receive light.

Your ears detect sound.

Your body receives sensory signals.

And your brain processes that information using existing knowledge, memories, expectations and predictions.

It constructs the experience you recognise as the world around you.

Neuroscientist Anil Seth has described perception through the provocative idea of a controlled hallucination.

The word controlled matters.

Your brain generates predictions about the world and continually updates them using sensory evidence.

So your experience is shaped by both the information arriving through your senses and the brain interpreting that information.

Think about what that means.

You experience the world through a nervous system that has spent your entire life learning what to expect.

And much of that learning happens automatically.

Before you've consciously decided what something means, your brain has already begun interpreting it.

Which brings us to something even more interesting.

TWO PEOPLE CAN LIVE THROUGH THE SAME EVENT AND EXPERIENCE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT REALITIES.

Imagine two people walk into the same room.

Same people.

Same environment.

Same opportunity.

Same conversation.

Person A walks in believing:

I belong here. People enjoy meeting me. I have something valuable to offer.

Their shoulders are relaxed.

They make eye contact.

They smile.

They introduce themselves.

They notice people responding warmly.

They engage in conversations.

They leave thinking:

That was an amazing evening.

Now imagine Person B enters the exact same room.

Their subconscious expectations are organised around:

People judge me.

I always feel out of place.

Everyone else is more successful.

Their body becomes tense.

They hesitate.

They interpret a distracted expression as disapproval.

They overlook opportunities to connect.

They leave thinking:

I knew I wouldn't fit in.

Same room.

Same evening.

Different experience.

And here's the part I want you to really understand.

Both people are experiencing a world filtered through their expectations, memories, attention and emotional state.

Their assumptions influence what they notice.

What they notice influences how they feel.

How they feel influences how they behave.

And how they behave influences what happens next.

Do you see the loop?

Belief → Attention → Interpretation → Emotion → Behaviour → Experience → Reinforced Belief.

Now imagine that loop operating in your relationships.

Your business.

Your finances.

Your health.

Your confidence.

Your entire sense of what life has available for you.

This is why subconscious conditioning matters so much.

Because the beliefs you repeatedly live from can influence the experiences you repeatedly create.

YOUR CHILDHOOD HELPED WRITE THE INSTRUCTIONS YOUR ADULT BRAIN IS STILL USING.

Here's where developmental psychology enters the conversation.

From our earliest years, the brain is learning.

Constantly.

Learning what feels safe.

Learning what love looks like.

Learning how people respond to us.

Learning how to interpret success, mistakes, money, attention, affection and belonging.

And much of that learning happens through experience long before we have the capacity to examine it consciously.

Imagine growing up in an environment where money was regularly associated with tension.

You might learn:

Money creates stress.

Financial security is fragile.

Having more means having more to lose.

Or perhaps love was inconsistent.

Affection arrived unpredictably.

Attention had to be earned.

You might develop expectations around relationships that continue influencing your adult emotional responses.

Or imagine being repeatedly told:

Be realistic.

People like us don't do things like that.

That's too ambitious.

Over time, those messages can become part of your internal model of what's possible.

And because the brain uses previous learning to predict future experiences, old expectations can continue shaping what you notice, feel and do.

Your childhood experiences helped build your original map of reality.

And here's the extraordinary part.

Your brain can update that map.

Neuroplasticity allows learning and adaptation throughout life.

Your expectations can change.

Your emotional responses can change.

Your habits can change.

Your relationship with yourself can change.

And when those patterns change, the way you experience and participate in the world can change with them.

This is the foundation of the subconscious and identity work I love so much.

THE REAL MATRIX IS THE SET OF INSTRUCTIONS YOU'VE BEEN LIVING FROM.

Now we're getting to the good part.

When I talk about escaping the matrix, I'm talking about recognising the automatic instructions that have been influencing your experience.

The beliefs you've accepted.

The identity you've rehearsed.

The expectations you've repeated.

The emotional patterns your nervous system has learned.

The meaning you've assigned to your experiences.

Imagine you've spent years believing:

I'm always overlooked.

Your attention becomes particularly sensitive to moments when someone overlooks you.

You remember those moments.

You interpret new situations through that expectation.

You may even hesitate to put yourself forward.

And then you look at your life and conclude:

See? I was right.

Your brain has been participating in a self-reinforcing pattern.

Now imagine changing the assumption.

I am valued. I am recognised. I belong in every room I choose to enter.

You begin practising that identity.

You notice opportunities to contribute.

You speak with greater confidence.

You allow yourself to be visible.

You interpret social experiences with greater flexibility.

You begin collecting new evidence.

And over time, your experience can become very different.

You changed the instructions influencing your attention, interpretation and behaviour.

And the world you experience begins to look different.

This is a powerful way to understand what it means to change your reality from the inside out.

NEVILLE GODDARD TAUGHT SOMETHING EVEN MORE RADICAL: CONSCIOUSNESS IS THE ONLY REALITY.

Now let's bring in Neville Goddard.

Because this is where the conversation moves from neuroscience into the spiritual philosophy of the Law of Assumption.

Neville taught:

"Consciousness is the only reality."

And:

"Imagination creates reality."

Within his teaching, consciousness is the creative foundation of experience.

The state you occupy internally is the state from which you experience your world.

And the version of yourself you repeatedly accept as true becomes central to the reality you inhabit.

Think about that.

If you identify as someone who is always struggling, your inner conversation reflects struggle.

If you identify as someone who is deeply loved, your inner conversation reflects love.

If you identify as someone who is wealthy, successful and fully supported, you begin thinking and choosing from that identity.

Neville called this living in the end.

You occupy the fulfilled state internally.

You experience yourself as the person who already has the desired outcome.

And you allow that assumption to become natural.

Now, neuroscience and the Law of Assumption are different frameworks.

Neuroscience investigates how brains perceive, learn and influence behaviour.

Neville's teaching proposes a broader metaphysical relationship between consciousness and external events.

But there's a fascinating point of connection.

The identity you repeatedly inhabit can influence how you perceive, respond to and participate in your life.

And that is something you can begin working with immediately.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CHANGE THE PERSON WHO IS EXPERIENCING REALITY?

I want you to imagine something.

You're living the life you've always desired.

The relationship is beautiful.

You feel loved, adored, cherished and chosen.

Your business is thriving.

Money is flowing.

Your body feels strong and healthy.

You have freedom.

You have time.

You wake up excited about your life.

Now here's my question.

Who are you in that reality?

How do you think?

How do you speak?

How do you carry yourself?

What do you expect?

How do you respond to opportunities?

What feels normal?

What standards do you hold?

How do you receive love?

How do you make decisions?

How do you experience money?

Because that version of you has an entire internal world.

An identity.

A set of assumptions.

A relationship with success.

A relationship with love.

A relationship with receiving.

And that internal world influences how they move through life.

The transformation begins when you start becoming familiar with that identity today.

This is what I mean when I say:

You become the person first.

You practise thinking from the fulfilled state.

You rehearse the emotional experience.

You regulate your body.

You develop new expectations.

You begin behaving in ways that reflect the identity you've chosen.

And through repetition, that new way of being becomes increasingly familiar.

GOD IS WITHIN. AND THIS IS WHERE THE LAW OF ASSUMPTION BECOMES PERSONAL.

One of Neville's most powerful teachings was his interpretation of God as the creative awareness within us.

In his philosophy, imagination is divine creative power.

And the words I AM represent consciousness itself.

I AM loved.

I AM wealthy.

I AM successful.

I AM chosen.

I AM free.

Notice what happens when you say those words.

You're defining yourself.

You're selecting an identity.

You're directing your attention toward a particular experience of being.

And when you repeatedly practise an identity with emotional engagement, you create opportunities for new learning.

The practical question becomes:

What am I accepting as true about myself right now?

Because that assumption influences your internal experience.

And your internal experience influences how you show up in the world.

This is why I place so much emphasis on self-concept.

The relationship you have with yourself influences every area of your life.

And the more consciously you choose that relationship, the more intentionally you can participate in creating the life you desire.

LET'S CHANGE THE INSTRUCTIONS RIGHT NOW.

I want you to do something with me.

Take a slow breath.

Let your shoulders soften.

Feel your feet against the floor.

And ask yourself:

What is one belief I've been carrying that belongs to an earlier version of me?

Maybe it's about love.

Maybe it's about money.

Maybe it's about success.

Maybe it's about being visible.

Maybe it's about deserving extraordinary things.

Allow the answer to come.

Now ask:

What does the version of me who already has my desired life believe instead?

Choose one new assumption.

Something simple.

Something powerful.

Something you can begin practising.

For example:

I am deeply loved and chosen.

I am extraordinarily successful.

I am fully supported.

I am safe receiving wealth.

I am worthy of being seen and celebrated.

Now close your eyes.

Imagine a small, ordinary moment from your fulfilled life.

A moment that implies your new assumption is already natural.

Perhaps you're looking at your bank balance and feeling financially secure.

Perhaps you're sitting beside your partner, feeling deeply loved.

Perhaps you're celebrating a business milestone.

Perhaps you're waking up in your beautiful home.

Choose one scene.

Make it vivid.

Notice the surroundings.

The sounds.

The physical sensations.

And most importantly, notice how you feel about yourself.

This is who I am.

Allow that feeling to settle.

Breathe.

And then open your eyes.

Now ask yourself one final question.

What is one thing I can do today that reflects this identity?

Maybe you make the call.

Maybe you accept the invitation.

Maybe you communicate your needs.

Maybe you follow the business idea.

Maybe you allow yourself to receive a compliment.

Maybe you finally take the step you've been imagining.

One decision.

One new experience.

One opportunity to reinforce the identity you've chosen.

Because change becomes increasingly powerful when your inner rehearsal and your everyday experiences begin supporting each other.

THE BIGGEST SECRET IS THAT YOU CAN CONSCIOUSLY CHANGE YOUR INTERNAL WORLD.

Think about everything we've explored.

Your brain constructs your conscious experience using sensory information, predictions, memories and expectations.

Your early experiences influence the patterns you develop.

Your assumptions affect what you notice and how you interpret events.

Your emotional state influences your responses.

Your behaviour influences the experiences you create.

And your brain remains capable of learning new patterns.

Now imagine consciously working with all of that.

Imagine recognising an old subconscious instruction and choosing a different one.

Imagine feeling increasingly safe being loved.

Safe being visible.

Safe being wealthy.

Safe being successful.

Safe receiving the life you've always desired.

Imagine moving through the world with a completely different relationship to yourself.

The world around you may contain the same people, opportunities and circumstances at first.

But you're experiencing them through a changing internal framework.

You're recognising different possibilities.

Making different choices.

Responding with greater confidence.

Creating different experiences.

And that is where the transformation becomes tangible.

THIS IS WHY SUBCONSCIOUS REPROGRAMMING CHANGES SO MUCH MORE THAN YOUR THINKING.

Inside my work, we bring together subconscious-focused techniques, identity transformation, mental rehearsal and nervous-system regulation.

Because lasting change involves more than intellectually understanding a new belief.

It involves practising that belief until it becomes increasingly familiar.

It involves developing emotional responses that support the identity you're choosing.

It involves recognising the old patterns as information.

And creating new experiences that reinforce the person you're becoming.

This is exactly why I created the Rewire and Rise Protocol.

To help you move from recognising your conditioning to actively developing a new self-concept.

One where love feels natural.

Where wealth feels safe.

Where success feels available.

Where receiving feels comfortable.

Where you trust yourself.

Where you live as the person who is already worthy of the extraordinary life you desire.

Because the most exciting thing about understanding your mind is realising how much you can consciously influence your experience.

YOU GET TO WRITE YOUR OWN INSTRUCTIONS NOW.

So here's what I want you to take away from this.

The fascinating thing about reality is that your experience of it is deeply influenced by your brain.

By your attention.

Your memories.

Your expectations.

Your emotional state.

Your identity.

And the meaning you assign to what happens around you.

Neville would invite you to go one step further.

To occupy the state of the person who already has everything they desire.

To live from that assumption.

To allow imagination to become the place where your new identity is experienced first.

And neuroscience gives us practical ways to understand how repeated mental rehearsal, emotional learning and behavioural change can support a different lived experience.

You get to choose the assumptions you practise.

You get to develop a new relationship with yourself.

You get to become increasingly familiar with love, abundance, confidence and success.

And you get to participate in your life from that identity.

So the next time you catch yourself repeating an old story, ask:

Whose instructions am I living from?

And then choose.

I am the creator of my inner world.

I am deeply loved.

I am wealthy.

I am successful.

I am powerful.

I am free.

I am the person who creates an extraordinary life.

Because the real transformation begins when you recognise that the mind you've been using automatically is a mind you can learn to use consciously.

And beautiful…

That changes everything. ❤️‍🔥
