THEY HAVEN’T STOPPED THINKING ABOUT YOU. GET BACK INTO THE STATE WHERE YOU’RE CHOSEN

The person you keep thinking about. The connection that still feels unfinished. The love you know you want.

And somewhere between the last conversation, the unanswered message and the silence, you started questioning everything.

Do they still think about me?

Have they moved on?

What if I ruined everything?

What if they wanted me once, but something changed?

You replay conversations.

You analyse their behaviour.

You remember how they looked at you.

You wonder whether they miss you as much as you miss them.

And every time your mind returns to the relationship, you find yourself searching for another piece of evidence.

Something that tells you the connection is still there.

Something that tells you you're still wanted.

Something that tells you you're still chosen.

But here's the question that could change your entire experience of love:

When did another person's behaviour become the authority on whether YOU are chosen?

Because that is where the real work begins.

And once you understand what's happening inside your subconscious mind, you'll understand why the same relationship can feel completely different depending on the identity you're occupying.

YOUR BRAIN IS REPLAYING A STORY.

AND YOU KEEP CALLING IT REALITY.

Imagine this.

You have an incredible connection with someone.

The chemistry is extraordinary.

The conversations flow.

The attraction is undeniable.

You feel something you haven't felt in years.

And then something shifts.

Maybe their communication changes.

Maybe they become quieter.

Maybe there's a disagreement.

Maybe life becomes complicated.

Suddenly, your mind starts filling in the blanks.

They're losing interest.

I've done something wrong.

They're choosing someone else.

I'm about to lose them.

And before you know it, you're checking your phone, analysing their tone and watching every interaction for evidence of what you've already decided might be happening.

Your body starts responding as though the relationship is slipping away.

Your chest tightens.

Your stomach drops.

Your thoughts accelerate.

And the person who once made you feel adored now seems to have the power to determine whether you feel secure.

Here's what's fascinating.

Your nervous system can respond to an anticipated rejection before any rejection has actually occurred.

Your brain is built to predict.

It uses previous experiences, emotional memories and learned expectations to anticipate what might happen next.

And when your subconscious mind has learned to associate love with uncertainty, your attention can become especially sensitive to anything resembling emotional distance.

A delayed reply becomes significant.

A shorter message becomes concerning.

A change in routine becomes a potential threat.

Your brain begins looking for evidence that supports the expectation.

And suddenly, an ordinary moment can feel like confirmation of your greatest fear.

The story you're telling yourself begins shaping the experience you're having.

That's where neuroscience becomes incredibly relevant to manifestation.

YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IS FILTERING YOUR RELATIONSHIP THROUGH YOUR SELF-CONCEPT.

Your brain receives an extraordinary amount of information every second.

It prioritises information according to your goals, expectations, emotional significance and previous learning.

Attention networks help determine what enters your conscious awareness.

Your memories influence how you interpret what you notice.

And your nervous system influences how your body prepares to respond.

This means two people can experience the same relationship event and interpret it very differently.

One person receives a delayed message and thinks:

"He's busy. I love how secure our connection feels."

Another receives the same delayed message and thinks:

"Something has changed. I can feel him pulling away."

Same event.

Different interpretation.

Different emotional response.

Different behaviour.

And potentially, a very different interaction when the conversation resumes.

This is one reason self-concept matters so much.

The identity you hold influences what you expect, what you notice, how you interpret events and how you respond to the people you love.

And when your internal story changes, your experience of the relationship can change with it.

This is the bridge between neuroscience and the Law of Assumption.

Neville Goddard taught that we experience life through the state of consciousness we habitually occupy.

He called us to live in the end.

To become inwardly familiar with the fulfilled desire.

To experience love from the identity of someone who is already loved.

And that brings us to something extraordinary.

THE VERSION OF YOU WHO IS CHOSEN THINKS DIFFERENTLY.

I want you to imagine two versions of yourself.

The first is deeply in love.

But they're constantly searching.

Searching for reassurance.

Searching for signs.

Searching for evidence that the relationship is secure.

They check their phone.

They analyse messages.

They mentally rehearse conversations.

They wonder what the other person is thinking.

Their emotional state rises and falls according to whatever the physical world is showing them.

Now imagine the second version.

The version who knows they are deeply loved, wanted, adored and chosen.

They wake up feeling secure.

They move through their day with confidence.

They enjoy their own life.

They communicate openly.

They receive affection naturally.

They know their value.

They experience love as something beautiful, mutual and safe.

Their inner conversation sounds completely different.

Of course I'm loved.

Of course I'm wanted.

Of course I'm cherished.

Of course I deserve a relationship filled with devotion, consistency and extraordinary love.

And here's the fascinating part.

Both versions may be looking at exactly the same circumstances.

Yet their internal experiences are worlds apart.

Their interpretations change.

Their emotional responses change.

Their communication changes.

Their choices change.

And over time, these changes can influence the relationships they create and maintain.

The external relationship matters. And the identity you bring into that relationship matters enormously.

WHAT IF YOU STOPPED ASKING WHETHER THEY CHOOSE YOU AND STARTED LIVING AS THE PERSON WHO IS CHOSEN?

This is where so many people give their power away.

They decide:

I'll feel loved when they text.

I'll feel secure when they commit.

I'll feel wanted when they tell me.

I'll relax when I see evidence.

And suddenly, their entire emotional world depends on something happening outside them.

But in the Law of Assumption, the direction is reversed.

The state comes first.

You become internally familiar with the experience of being loved.

You establish the self-concept of being chosen.

You allow security, worthiness and fulfilment to become your emotional home.

And from that identity, you experience your relationships differently.

Because the person who knows they're loved moves through life differently from the person who's constantly trying to establish whether they're lovable.

Read that again.

The person who knows they're loved moves through life differently.

Their standards reflect it.

Their communication reflects it.

Their boundaries reflect it.

Their ability to receive reflects it.

Their relationship with themselves reflects it.

This is why the work goes so much deeper than repeating affirmations.

We're changing the identity beneath the thoughts.

YOUR IMAGINATION CAN HELP YOUR BODY LEARN WHAT BEING CHOSEN FEELS LIKE.

Here's something neuroscience has demonstrated.

Imagined experiences can activate some of the same brain networks involved in real experiences.

Mental rehearsal can influence learning, emotional responses and the way we prepare for future situations.

That is powerful.

Because when you repeatedly imagine yourself experiencing secure, reciprocal love, you're practising the emotional and psychological experience of that relationship.

You're making a different internal state more familiar.

And familiarity matters.

Your nervous system learns through experience and repetition.

Your subconscious associations can change through new learning.

Your brain remains capable of reorganising through neuroplasticity.

You can practise feeling secure in love before the next message arrives.

You can experience yourself as cherished before the next date.

You can become comfortable receiving affection before the next declaration.

You can develop the identity of someone who expects love to feel mutual, consistent and beautiful.

And as that identity becomes more familiar, your responses can begin to reflect it.

This is where Neville's concept of living in the end becomes such a meaningful practice.

You're rehearsing the experience of fulfilment.

You're becoming familiar with the version of yourself who feels loved.

And you're allowing that identity to influence the way you live today.

THE REAL SHIFT HAPPENS WHEN BEING CHOSEN BECOMES NORMAL.

Think about how extraordinary this is.

The person who once checked their phone every few minutes begins enjoying their day.

The person who once analysed every word begins communicating with ease.

The person who once feared being abandoned begins trusting their ability to experience secure love.

The person who once felt desperate for reassurance begins feeling emotionally grounded.

And the person who once made their worth dependent on someone else's attention begins recognising something fundamental.

I am already worthy of extraordinary love.

This is the identity shift.

This is the subconscious recalibration.

This is where your nervous system learns a different emotional baseline.

And this is why simply understanding your relationship patterns is only one part of creating change.

You can understand your childhood.

You can identify your attachment patterns.

You can recognise your triggers.

You can explain exactly why certain behaviours activate fear.

But the transformation happens when your emotional responses and deeply held beliefs begin changing too.

When love starts feeling safe in your body, your relationship with love changes.

And that's the work I care so deeply about.

THEY HAVEN'T STOPPED THINKING ABOUT YOU. WHAT IF YOU RETURNED TO THE FEELING OF BEING CHOSEN?

Let's talk about the person who's still on your mind.

The one you think about when you wake up.

The one whose name still makes your heart move.

The one you can imagine laughing with, touching, kissing and building a beautiful life alongside.

You may feel an extraordinary connection with them.

And perhaps the relationship has a future that is still unfolding.

Their private thoughts are theirs to know and communicate.

Your power is in the state you choose to occupy while that future unfolds.

Within the Law of Assumption, you can choose to imagine the relationship from the perspective of mutual love.

You can become familiar with the feeling of being wanted.

You can embody the version of yourself who experiences secure, reciprocal devotion.

And you can allow real-life communication, mutual choice and consistent behaviour to reveal how the relationship develops.

Because love is extraordinary when two people freely choose one another.

And your self-concept can remain secure throughout the experience.

So instead of spending another evening analysing the silence, consider a different internal conversation.

I am deeply loved.

I am naturally chosen.

I am adored and cherished.

I experience beautiful, mutual, committed love.

My relationships reflect my worth, my standards and my capacity to receive.

Let that become familiar.

Let it become ordinary.

Let it become the way you experience yourself.

THIS IS WHY I WORK WITH THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, IDENTITY AND NERVOUS SYSTEM TOGETHER.

I've worked with people who could explain their relationship patterns in extraordinary detail.

They knew their triggers.

They understood their fears.

They recognised their habits.

They could describe exactly what happened whenever someone became emotionally distant.

And yet, in the moment that mattered, their bodies still responded from the old emotional pattern.

Because intellectual understanding and embodied change are different experiences.

You can know you're worthy of love and still feel terrified of losing it.

You can affirm that you're chosen while your body braces for rejection.

You can visualise a beautiful relationship while your subconscious expectations remain organised around uncertainty.

That's why my coaching works across several interconnected levels.

We identify the beliefs shaping your relationship experiences.

We work with subconscious associations and emotional patterns.

We develop nervous-system regulation and greater emotional safety.

We strengthen the self-concept of someone who is naturally loved, valued and chosen.

And we practise embodying that identity in everyday life.

The aim is lasting change in how you experience yourself, communicate, make decisions and receive love.

Because your next relationship chapter deserves more than another temporary moment of reassurance.

It deserves a version of you who feels at home in the love you've always wanted.

COME BACK TO CHOSEN.

I want you to imagine something.

You're standing in front of the person you love.

You look into their eyes.

You notice the warmth in their expression.

You feel their hand gently take yours.

You hear the words you've longed to hear.

"I've been thinking about you."

"I love being with you."

"I choose you."

And for a moment, allow yourself to experience what being mutually chosen would feel like.

Notice your breathing.

Notice your shoulders.

Notice your chest.

Notice the sense of warmth and ease.

Allow yourself to feel loved.

Allow yourself to feel wanted.

Allow yourself to feel secure.

Allow yourself to experience the quiet certainty of:

Of course I am worthy of this.

Of course I deserve extraordinary love.

Of course I can experience a relationship where choosing each other feels natural.

That feeling is available for you to practise now.

And each time you return to it, you're strengthening a different relationship with yourself.

One grounded in worthiness.

One grounded in emotional security.

One grounded in the beautiful possibility of reciprocal love.

Because the most powerful shift is becoming someone whose identity is already rooted in being loved.

And from that identity, you get to experience love with greater confidence, openness and self-trust.

YOUR NEXT LOVE STORY BEGINS WITH THE PERSON YOU BECOME.

Imagine waking up tomorrow and feeling completely different about yourself.

You feel loved.

You feel secure.

You feel chosen.

You trust your worth.

You trust your standards.

You know what beautiful, mutual love feels like.

And you move through your day with the quiet confidence of someone who expects to be treated with care, devotion and consistency.

Imagine how differently you would experience your relationships.

How differently you would communicate.

How differently you would receive affection.

How naturally you would honour your own needs.

How much more enjoyable love could become.

That is the transformation.

And it's exactly the kind of identity-level change we create through my coaching.

Because the goal is to become the version of you for whom extraordinary love feels natural.

The version who feels secure.

The version who is open to receiving.

The version who knows their worth.

The version who experiences being chosen as something beautiful, mutual and completely ordinary.

Your love story gets to be extraordinary.

And so do you.
