IF THEY’RE ON YOUR MIND THIS MUCH… YOU’RE ON THEIR MIND, TOO.

There is a particular kind of manifestation spiral that happens when you really want someone.
You think about them.
You feel them.
You imagine conversations with them.
A song comes on and suddenly they are there.
You wake up thinking about them.
You go to sleep thinking about them.
You can practically hear their voice in your head.
And then, somewhere in the middle of all of that, comes the question:
“But are they thinking about me?”
And THAT question is where you hand your operant power straight back to the 3D.
Because now you are checking.
Looking for evidence.
Reading into the text.
Watching their behaviour.
Wondering what they feel.
Wondering what they are choosing.
Wondering whether your inner reality is “working.”
And suddenly the person you desire has become the authority over the reality you experience.
Let’s change that.
Because there is something fascinating happening here — and once you understand what your brain is actually doing during imagination, the entire way you approach love manifestation changes.
YOUR BRAIN RESPONDS TO WHAT YOU IMAGINE.
This is where neuroscience gets genuinely interesting.
When you vividly imagine an experience, your brain can recruit some of the same neural systems involved when you perceive or perform aspects of that experience.
Mental rehearsal has been studied extensively in areas including movement, sport and skill acquisition.
Imagining something is clearly distinct from physically experiencing it.
And yet internally generated experience can still produce real activity inside the nervous system.
Think about something delicious for a moment.
Picture cutting into it.
Smell it.
Imagine taking the first bite.
Your mouth may begin responding.
There is food nowhere near you.
Yet the internally generated experience has produced a physical response.
Now think about someone you love.
Really picture their face.
Their voice.
Their smell.
The feeling of being held by them.
Notice what happens in your body.
That experience is occurring in imagination.
The response inside you is real.
And THAT matters enormously for manifestation.
Because the state you repeatedly rehearse becomes increasingly familiar.
YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS LEARNS THROUGH REPETITION, EMOTION AND EXPERIENCE.
This is why I care so little about somebody repeating an affirmation 700 times while internally occupying the opposite reality.
Words are one part of the experience.
State is the bigger conversation.
You can say:
“I am chosen.”
while checking whether they viewed your story.
You can say:
“They adore me.”
while analysing the punctuation in their last message.
You can say:
“Our relationship is incredible.”
while spending six hours wondering whether they are pulling away.
Your mouth is rehearsing fulfilment.
Your nervous system is rehearsing uncertainty.
Which experience are you making familiar?
THIS is why imagination becomes so powerful.
You are giving your brain and body an opportunity to rehearse the experience of having rather than continually rehearsing wanting.
And there is a huge difference.
THE REAL QUESTION ISN’T “ARE THEY THINKING ABOUT ME?”
Here is the question I would rather you ask:
Who am I being in relation to them?
Because when somebody occupies your mind constantly, there are several possible states underneath it.
Longing.
Love.
Fear.
Desire.
Rejection.
Connection.
Waiting.
Being chosen.
Missing them.
Having them.
And two people can think about the exact same person all day while occupying completely different internal realities.
One is thinking:
“God, I love being with them.”
The other is thinking:
“Why haven’t they chosen me yet?”
Same person.
Same amount of attention.
Completely different state.
This is the distinction people miss.
Thinking OF your desire and thinking FROM your desire are entirely different experiences.
Neville Goddard spoke about living in the end because the point was never endless mental activity about getting something.
The end is the experience in which the question has already been answered.
You have it.
You are loved.
You are chosen.
The relationship is mutual.
Your body can finally exhale.
STOP USING THEIR MIND AS YOUR MANIFESTATION DASHBOARD.
This is where people become completely tangled in specific-person manifestation.
“What are they thinking?”
“Can they feel me?”
“Did they dream about me?”
“Why did they post that?”
“What does their silence mean?”
“Are they manifesting me too?”
And every one of those questions contains the same hidden instruction:
Their internal world determines mine.
But within Law of Assumption, YOU are the operant power of your experience.
Your work happens here.
Inside your consciousness.
Inside your assumptions.
Inside the identity you occupy.
Inside the relationship you are rehearsing as true.
This means you can release the exhausting job of mentally climbing inside somebody else’s head.
Come back to yours.
What is true in your fulfilled reality?
I am deeply loved.
I am chosen completely.
Our love is mutual.
Being together feels natural.
I feel secure in love.
I am cherished.
Love with me is easy, honest, safe and extraordinary.
Feel the difference?
You have moved from investigation into creation.
❤️🔥
YOUR BRAIN IS PREDICTIVE — AND THAT CHANGES HOW YOU EXPERIENCE THEM.
Your brain continuously uses prior learning and current information to make predictions about what you are likely to encounter.
That matters in relationships more than most people realise.
If your internal model says:
People leave.
you may become exquisitely sensitive to signs of distance.
A delayed response becomes significant.
A different tone becomes significant.
A quiet afternoon becomes significant.
Your attention starts collecting evidence for the reality your nervous system already expects.
Now imagine your internal model becomes:
I am securely loved and chosen.
Your entire relationship with incoming information changes.
You interpret differently.
You respond differently.
You communicate differently.
You carry yourself differently.
You become capable of recognising connection without immediately searching for its disappearance.
This is where neuroscience gives us something incredibly useful:
Your expectations influence what receives your attention, how ambiguous information is interpreted, and how you respond to it.
That alone can dramatically alter the reality you experience in relationships.
And this is precisely why we rewire at the identity level.
NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT THE QUANTUM PART.
This is where I want to keep our language very clean.
The double-slit experiment demonstrates that measurement in quantum systems affects the observable outcome.
It does not, by itself, scientifically prove that thinking about another human makes that human think about you.
That leap belongs to a metaphysical interpretation rather than an established conclusion of quantum physics.
And I actually think the manifestation conversation becomes MORE powerful when we understand that distinction.
Because Law of Assumption asks something different.
It asks:
What reality are you occupying in consciousness?
Neville’s proposition was radical:
Creation is finished.
Every possible state exists.
You experience the state you occupy.
So from THAT framework, your task becomes beautifully simple.
You select mutuality.
You select love.
You select being chosen.
And then you experience your inner world from that completed reality.
Science can tell us what repeated mental rehearsal, expectation, attention and emotional learning do inside the brain.
Law of Assumption gives us the metaphysical framework through which we decide which state to occupy.
Those are two different conversations.
Together, they become fascinating.
SO LET’S MOVE YOU INTO THE END.
Think of the person.
And instead of watching them from across some imaginary distance, experience the scene from your own eyes.
You are together.
Notice where you are.
The light.
The temperature.
Their body close to yours.
Their hand taking yours.
Feel the weight of their hand.
The warmth of their skin.
Hear their voice.
And hear the words that would imply everything is already settled:
“I choose you.”
“I love being with you.”
“This is exactly what I want.”
Now notice yourself.
Because THIS is the important part.
Who are you when those words are completely normal?
Your shoulders soften.
Your breathing changes.
Your heart settles.
There is nothing left to decode.
Nothing left to chase.
Nothing left to monitor.
You are experiencing the quiet satisfaction of:
Of course.
Stay there.
That is the end.
SATISFACTION IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM LONGING.
This distinction changes everything.
Longing says:
I want it.
Fulfilment says:
I have it.
Longing looks toward the relationship.
Fulfilment looks from the relationship.
Longing keeps asking what they feel.
Fulfilment already experiences mutual love.
Longing searches the 3D.
Fulfilment inhabits the selected state.
This is why somebody can visualise their person every single night and remain in exactly the same emotional position for months.
The visualisation itself is only part of the equation.
What state are you rehearsing?
Are you imagining because you are trying to GET them?
Or are you remembering something that belongs to the reality you already occupy?
That tiny distinction is enormous.
THIS IS WHERE SUBCONSCIOUS REWIRING CHANGES THE GAME.
Because sometimes you consciously choose:
I am loved.
And another programme immediately answers:
Love leaves.
You choose:
I am wanted.
And the old identity says:
I have to earn being chosen.
You choose:
This relationship is secure.
And your nervous system starts scanning for danger.
This is exactly why awareness alone can feel frustrating.
You understand the new story intellectually.
Your body has spent years rehearsing another one.
Inside my work, we change the deeper instruction.
We work with the subconscious patterns.
We regulate the nervous system.
We use mental rehearsal, identity work and subconscious reprogramming to make the fulfilled state increasingly familiar.
Because eventually:
“I am loved” stops feeling like something you are trying to convince yourself of.
It becomes who you are.
And THAT changes how you experience everything.
IF THEY’RE ON YOUR MIND THIS MUCH…
I want you to use that attention differently.
Let it become an invitation back into your chosen reality.
Their face appears?
I am so loved.
You hear their name?
Of course we choose each other.
A memory appears?
Experience it through the identity of the person who already knows how this story ends.
Your imagination becomes somewhere you live from, rather than somewhere you go to ache for what you want.
Because the transformation is bigger than getting somebody to think about you.
It is becoming the person for whom mutual, secure, extraordinary love feels completely natural.
The person who receives love.
The person who trusts love.
The person who experiences being chosen as normal.
The person whose nervous system knows:
Of course I am loved.
And from there?
You have a completely different relationship with the person.
A completely different relationship with the 3D.
And most importantly—
a completely different relationship with your own operant power.
Stop asking whether you’re on their mind.
Return to the reality in which the answer has already been decided.
I am loved.
I am chosen.
It is mutual.
Now live from there. ❤️🔥
