YOU’RE MANIFESTING BACKWARDS.

There is one mistake I see people make over and over again with manifestation.
And once you see it, you’ll probably realise you’ve been doing it too.
You’re waiting for the thing you want to arrive so that you can finally become the person who has it.
When the money arrives, I’ll feel secure.
When they choose me, I’ll feel loved.
When the business takes off, I’ll feel successful.
When I see the number in my bank account, I’ll relax.
When I get the house, the body, the ring, the contract, the client, the opportunity…
then I’ll feel like the version of me who has it.
And THAT is backwards.
Because the physical thing is the symbol.
The state is what you’re actually seeking.
You don’t really want the car.
You want to know what it feels like to be the person who owns that car.
You don’t really want the text.
You want to experience being deeply loved, wanted, prioritised and chosen.
You don’t really want a number sitting inside a banking app.
You want the freedom.
The safety.
The choice.
The power.
The relief.
The feeling of knowing:
I am taken care of.
And most people are waiting for reality to hand them permission to feel those things.
Manifestation asks you to reverse the order.
You Don’t Get It And Then Become Them. You Become Them First.
This is where Neville Goddard’s teaching of living in the end becomes incredibly practical.
Neville wasn’t asking you to pretend harder.
He was asking you to occupy the consciousness of the person for whom the desire is already fulfilled.
That means instead of asking:
What do I need to do to get it?
You begin asking:
Who am I when this is already mine?
That question changes everything.
Because the version of you who already has the thriving business isn’t waking up every morning wondering whether success is coming.
The version of you in the beautiful relationship isn’t spending six hours decoding punctuation in a text message.
The version of you who is financially free isn’t opening their banking app seventeen times a day hoping the Universe has finally received the memo.
They are experiencing life from having.
And there is a massive difference between wanting something and living psychologically from its fulfilment.
Your Brain Is Already Filtering Reality
This is where neuroscience gives us a useful bridge.
Your brain is exposed to vastly more sensory information than you can consciously process.
So it filters.
Attention networks, including systems involving the reticular formation, help determine what becomes salient enough to enter conscious awareness.
Your expectations, goals, prior experiences and beliefs influence what captures your attention.
You've experienced this yourself.
You decide you want a particular car.
Suddenly…
THE FUCKING CAR IS EVERYWHERE.
Same model at the lights.
Same model outside the supermarket.
Someone on Instagram bought one.
Your neighbour apparently owns one and you're convinced they purchased it yesterday.
They didn't suddenly materialise because you Googled the car on Tuesday.
Your attention changed.
Something that previously blended into the background became relevant.
And this matters enormously when we talk about creating a different life.
Because what are you currently training your brain to search for?
Evidence that you're chosen?
Or evidence you're about to be rejected?
Opportunity?
Or another reason it won't work?
Abundance?
Or every indication that there isn't enough?
Possibility?
Or proof that nothing has changed yet?
Your internal state affects what you notice, what you interpret as meaningful and what you do next.
This Is Why “Where Is It?” Keeps You In Wanting
Imagine you decide:
I am wealthy.
And then spend the rest of the day looking for evidence that the money has arrived.
Where is it?
When is it coming?
Why hasn't anything changed?
Was that a sign?
Should I affirm again?
Maybe I need another meditation.
Maybe Mercury is doing some shit again.
Look at the state underneath all of that.
It isn't:
I have it.
It is:
I am waiting for it.
You are practising waiting.
Practising checking.
Practising wanting.
Practising needing external evidence before you allow yourself to feel differently.
And your brain becomes extraordinarily good at whatever you repeatedly rehearse.
So you can say “It is mine” 400 times…
but if your day is organised around checking whether it has arrived, checking is the state you're actually practising.
Stop Making The 3D Responsible For Your Internal State
This is the part I want you to really understand.
If you say:
I'll feel loved when they choose me…
you've made their behaviour responsible for your state.
If you say:
I'll feel abundant when the money arrives…
you've made your bank account responsible for your state.
If you say:
I'll feel successful when the clients come…
you've made today's sales responsible for your identity.
And now the external world is leading.
You're reacting.
The 3D moves.
You move.
The 3D goes quiet.
You panic.
The 3D gives you something beautiful.
You believe.
The 3D looks strange on Thursday.
You abandon the whole fucking thing.
That is precisely the opposite of operant power.
Operant power says:
I decide who I am first.
Your Nervous System Has To Stop Treating Your Desire Like A Celebrity Sighting
This is one of my favourite ways to explain this.
Your next level has to become normal.
If having $100,000 feels psychologically like someone just handed you the keys to Buckingham Palace, your body is telling you something.
It still experiences the desire as extraordinary.
Foreign.
Distant.
Something belonging to another version of you.
So we make it familiar.
This is why imagination is so powerful.
Mental rehearsal can engage neural systems involved in actual perception and action. Repeatedly rehearsing an experience can make the associated thoughts, emotions and responses increasingly familiar.
And familiarity matters.
Because you are teaching your system:
This belongs in my world.
Love like this is normal.
Money like this is normal.
Being supported is normal.
Being visible is normal.
Success is normal.
Receiving is normal.
The desire stops feeling like something you're desperately trying to reach.
It begins feeling congruent with who you are.
Make The End Real Before The Evidence Arrives
This is where I want you to have some fun with it.
Give your imagination something tangible.
If it's the car, put the model somewhere you'll see it.
If it's the house, save the image.
If it's the relationship, imagine the ordinary Tuesday evening after you've been together for years.
If it's the business, picture the calendar, the team meeting, the client notification, the ordinary morning of the successful version of you.
If it's money, stop only imagining the giant number.
Imagine what the number allows.
How do you order dinner?
How do you book the holiday?
How do you handle an unexpected expense?
How does your body feel opening the banking app when money is simply handled?
The goal is not to stare desperately at a vision board waiting for reality to reproduce it.
The goal is to make the identity underneath the desire familiar.
Then Method Act The Version
Now we get to embodiment.
You know I LOVE this.
Method act the version.
Not recklessly.
Not by spending money you don't have because “future millionaire me would.”
That isn't embodiment. That's a financial hangover wearing a manifestation hat.
Method acting means asking:
How does this version of me walk into the room?
What do they tolerate?
What do they expect?
How do they speak about themselves?
How do they respond to uncertainty?
How do they receive love?
How do they receive support?
How do they handle money?
What opportunities do they say yes to?
What conversations do they finally have?
What do they do when the 3D hasn't given them evidence yet?
And then you begin practising those responses now.
Because identity changes behaviour.
Behaviour changes decisions.
Decisions change outcomes.
And the version of you who makes different decisions inevitably begins creating a different life.
Your Subconscious Learns Through Repetition
This is why one beautiful visualisation followed by fourteen hours of being the old version of you creates so much frustration.
Your subconscious responds to repetition, association, emotion and familiarity.
So if you spend ten minutes experiencing:
I am chosen.
Then the rest of the day practising:
Where are they?
You know which state is receiving more rehearsal.
If you meditate on abundance every morning and spend the day emotionally rehearsing scarcity…
same problem.
If you visualise a thriving business and then compare yourself with everyone online…
same problem.
Your rituals matter.
But the identity you repeatedly return to between the rituals matters enormously too.
This is where manifestation becomes a way of being rather than another task on your morning checklist.
The State Comes First
This is the reversal.
Instead of:
THING → FEELING → IDENTITY
You begin living:
IDENTITY → STATE → PERCEPTION → CHOICE → EXPERIENCE
You become the person first.
You allow your nervous system to become familiar with that person.
Your attention begins filtering through that identity.
You notice different opportunities.
You interpret situations differently.
You respond differently.
Your standards shift.
Your decisions become cleaner.
You become available for things the old version of you might have overlooked, rejected, sabotaged or been too afraid to receive.
And this is where neuroscience and manifestation become such powerful partners in my work.
I am never interested in you sitting on the sofa chanting affirmations while waiting for the Universe to courier your dream life to the front door.
I want your whole system involved.
Your conscious mind.
Your subconscious programming.
Your nervous system.
Your attention.
Your identity.
Your imagination.
Your behaviour.
Your expectation.
Your state.
Because when all of those begin receiving the same instruction, something very powerful happens.
You stop trying to get the life.
You start becoming the person for whom that life makes sense.
Stop Waiting For Reality To Change You
This is the movement.
Stop saying:
When it happens, I'll relax.
When they choose me, I'll feel chosen.
When the money comes, I'll feel abundant.
When the business grows, I'll call myself successful.
Reverse it.
I am chosen now.
I am loved now.
I am supported now.
I am successful now.
I am the person who receives now.
And then live today from that identity.
Your job isn't to wait for the physical thing and then change your state.
Your job is to become so familiar with the fulfilled version of you that you stop requiring the old reality to tell you who you are.
The state comes first.
The identity comes first.
You come first.
And then you let the rest of your world begin catching up.
Because perhaps you haven't been failing at manifestation at all.
You've simply been manifesting backwards. ❤️🔥

This is amazing 💗
